Jiu-Jitsu or also known as "Gracie Jiu-Jitsu", takes martial arts to
a whole new level. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu uses solid technique, rather than
relying on physical attributes to be able to subdue a much larger attacker.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is great for men, women and children of all ages, shapes,
and sizes.
Brazilian
Jiu-Jitsu became very popular because of the many martial art tournaments won
by Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighters against bigger and stronger opponents
representing other martial art styles. The results of these tournaments proved
the undeniable effectiveness of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is fun,
and a great way to get in shape. It will also greatly increase your confidence,
in return improving your outlook and attitude on everyday life.
The academy has two large grappling rooms with a total of 2800 square feet. There are private showers, change rooms and a lounge for the students and parents.
